Hot dog dog costumes are one of the more funny Halloween dog costumes out there for Halloween. You often see Daschunds wearing these but they look adorable on any dog. Can you picture a Corgi or a cute little pug wearing a hot dog costume? These type of dogs have the perfect bodies for a hot dog dog costume since they tend to be long with shorter legs. But I think even big dogs look cute wearing a hotdog costume. This costume is great for dogs who do not like big, bulky costumes. There’s nothing better than getting into character – and this certainly gives a whole new meaning to “sausage dog” – and nothing could suit a dog better than these hot dog costumes on a daschund. They are simply wonderful.
There are loads of really great costumes on this site – but this takes the prize for me.

These are the best dog costumes in my opinion. They are a great “play on words” and I think anyone would adore a dog dressed as a “hot dog”. It would be a fun costume for Halloween but also birthday parties as well.

I never knew there were so many dog costumes on the market! This is a great idea for Halloween. I have three lovely poodles and can see them in the Elvis, Pumpkin and Batman costumes this October.

I love the hotdog costumes – my friend has a daschund and she dresses her up this way every halloween and it takes me a while to talk to my friend every time when I first see the dog in that costume because I’m just laughing so hard.
