Halloween is all about fun and thrill but yeah be careful about pranksters. Make sure the dog can't back out of his collar, while you walk with them during the party. Keep an eye always up on him. Be aware of excessive drooling, excessive urination, pupil dilation, rapid heartbeat, vomiting and diarrhea, hyperactivity etc coz Popular Halloween plants such as pumpkins and decorative corn (considered to be relatively nontoxic,) can produce gastrointestinal upset , if they swallow it.

Thank you for the tips. My dog always goes inside in times of cracker bursting. Though, the new puppy we have does not seem to mind the noise.

what im eager to know is the safety of dogs during new year's esp when there's non-stop fireworks. Our dogs always go inside the house. I read somewhere they're sensitive to noise.

I always love to dress my pet dog. This is my one way of relieving stress. I'm sure if she wears that kind of costume, she will look fantastic, cool and awesome. Thanks for sharing your very informative article. I agree that sometimes dog got irritated when they dressed up. I once try to put a short to my dog but she act hysterically. That is why I just always buy her skirt. The important thing they will feel comfortable with their costume because if not they will just ruin your party.

Halloween is a great time to enjoy the kids and to let the family pet have a little fun too! I've heard more comments on my dogs costume that the kids. Really funny to see the reactions. Just make sure your pet is properly trained to go out into the public. There are alot of people walking around. You want to make sure you protect yourself and others.

Good Post, thanks.
